# Use NaijaTaste on the web app

> Search Nigerian restaurants and generate Pidgin reviews on the web app using chat mode, form mode, voice input, or GPS — no account required to start.

The web app is at [naijataste.onrender.com](https://naijataste.onrender.com). No account needed for core features.

## Pages

## Input modes

### Chat mode

Type your craving in plain language. The engine extracts city, food preference, and price intent.

*"Affordable pepper soup in PH"* → city: Port Harcourt, food: pepper soup, price: budget.

Pidgin and shorthand work. You don't need to be formal.

### Form mode

Use dropdowns for structured input:

* City dropdown
* Food preference free text
* Price range selector (budget / mid-range / high-end)
* GPS toggle (use my location)

### Voice input

NaijaTaste supports **voice input** on the web app. Tap the microphone icon and speak your craving — the engine transcribes and processes your voice note in real time.

Voice input works in:

* **English**
* **Nigerian Pidgin**

Say something like: *"Find me suya near me"* or *"Where can I chop correct amala for Ibadan?"*

## GPS search

Grant browser location access and the engine searches within **5km of where you actually are** — not just the city centre.

  GPS is optional. City-based search covers all major Nigerian urban areas without location access.

## Sign in

Sign in with Google or phone + OTP to unlock:

* Saved review history
* Persona level tracking
* Persistent taste profile across sessions

No password required.
